Step 1: Review Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have successfully completed their Class XII (Higher Secondary) education from a recognized board. Each department may have specific subject requirements or minimum marks criteria, which are published along with the admission notice.

Step 2: Choose Your Program

Ghoom Jorebunglow College offers undergraduate programs in three streams:

• Arts: English, Nepali, History, Political Science, Education
• Science: Sociology
• Commerce:  Economics

Students may apply for one or more programs based on their academic background and interests.

Step 3: Prepare Required Documents

Applicants must keep the following documents ready:

• Recent passport-size photograph
• Class X and XII marksheets
• School leaving certificate
• Government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Domicile certificate (if required)

All documents must be scanned clearly for online submission or photocopied for offline submission.

Step 4: Submit the Application

Applications can be submitted in two modes:

• Online: Visit the official college website and fill out the digital admission form. Upload scanned documents and pay the application fee through the secure payment gateway.

Step 5: Merit List & Selection

Admissions are granted based on merit, calculated from the marks obtained in Class XII. The college publishes a department-wise merit list, which is displayed on the website and notice board. Selected candidates are invited for document verification and final enrollment.
